Q.

#AskTheExpert when can I start exercising , specially when I have just delivered 10 days back .it's was a normal delivery with epistomy ( little cut) I am having pain in end of the spine after sitting for too long ..

A. Hello dear The pain will reduce on its own. You can start working out as early as 6 weeks after Delivery.make sure that the episiotomy wound has healed completely before you start
