A. you can start gradual exercises after 6 months of your delivery so for more guidance you can consult your doctor and the doctor will guide you accordingly also take a healthy diet

A. Once you completely quit breastfeeding that time you can go for dieting also along with exercising if you had a normal delivery then after three months you can go ahead with basic exercising and then hard Kaur after 6 to 7 months and if you made a C-section in after 8 to 9 months onlyWrite Your Answer Here
