A. iron rich foods, fresh fruits dates raisin, spinach. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide yousee only the doctor who can see you in person can judge what is the right status. best to trust her

A. Hi parent please include green leaf veggies and fresh fruit and different seeds and nuts in your child daily diet please give daily massage and sun light exposure please include one citrus fruit in your child daily diet because vitamin C is essential for absorption of iron
