A. Dear ma’am, include leafy greens like spinach, drumstick leaves, sweet potato, dry fruits, beans (kidney/pinto etc) , lentils, egg, liver etc.. also include vitamin c rich foods like guava, citrus fruits, capsicum, lime etc to enhance iron absorption

A. best foods that helps to increase hemoglobin level.. you should dates say 4-5 or dates syrup 1-2 spoon daily.. you can have pomegranate or pomegranate juice as preferred.. you can have kishmish daily..
