A. Hello mam Include iron rich foods like dates, anjeer, jaggery, green vegetables like spinach, methi, pomegranate, beetroot, carrot , ragi, jowar, bajra, raisins, garden crest seeds in the diet Also deficiency of protein also cause low hb so include milk and milk products, dal, beans, sprouts, egg, soya in the diet And most important include vit c along with high iron food as it helps in proper absorption of iron specially from veg sources

A. Hi parent The first why her hb level is low that should be investigated Please confirm if she's not having any other deficiency or worm infection If it's there treatment /Medicatiom is needed. Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350 Give her more probiotics , green vegetables , citrus fruits
