It’s Very common in pregnancy so you should try to do something which interests you you know that when your time will pass and maybe you’ll feel sleepy after that like you can watch television you can listen to something nice in terms of music would you can read something religious that’s also very helpful sometimes it sings really make you feel better and make you feel asleep
