ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. if you are giving iron supplements then the stains are due to that. if not then these are cavities. visit a dentist and get a proper clinical examination done. brush twice a day using a grain size of kids age appropriate toothpaste like colgate kids, cheerio or kidodent. a dental visit is mandatory by the child's first birthday
