ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician2 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 51 months old and his skin is very dry inspite of applying cetaphil lotion daily then use Daffy soap and plenty of vitamin A needed

Will you haven’t given any clarification in your question as to what is the reason for how long have been using these products and all sometimes it is not only about the product that you are using Baby using any other oil or soap that may not be shooting the skin of the child so currently I would recommend you to shift to Sebamed products for the child
