#asktheexpert what test should be done during the second pregnancy if the first born is a baby having down syndrome.

A. You can go for a nine PT test or even better go for amniocentesis for confirmation. Consult a Gynecologist Or a Fetal Medicine specialist beforehand and they will guide you accordingly if you’re already pregnant,
