#AskTheExpert what should I give my son as a natural weight gainer? he is very fussy Eater.....how to deal with ?

A. Hello! Since your child is a fussy eater, make his food look appealing. Add different coloured vegetables, fruits to his plate, use various cutters and cut sandwiches and paratha into fun shapes. To boost his overall growth give him nutrient rich as well as quick energy giving foods like peanut chikki, nuts energy bar, banana, aloo paratha, chikoo milkshake, roasted makhana, paneer sandwich etc.

A. hello kids being fussy in eating is normal in kids at tgis age and try with different food option and recipe and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and include fruits which is a natural appetizer that can help improve your child's appetite
