Fussy eater needs variety in their food
Give them same home made thing with a twist like roti kathi roll instead roti sabji, roti pizza, pulao, masala veg khichdi, idli, dosa, sandhwich , smoothies and shakes
Do not increase the quantity only improve the quality by add more protein and fat source like cheese paneer, soya, oats, sprouts, eggs, home made ghee in the food
Let the child self feed 1 or two meals self feeding encourages eating
