include all the food groups like whole grain and millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats like ghee.
avoid processed and packaged foods
avoid junk and foods high in salt and sugar.
eat small and frequent meals.
dribk enough water.
try walking for atleast 30mins.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and please have whatever you want to eat and just avoid junk and packed food. add more green leaves vegetables and dairy products in your diet. also have prescribed vitamins and iron.
