Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is more than two years of age probably at this age the reason for white spots will be e dryness of skin during winter season you can apply coconut oil on the white spots

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello the white spots can be due to dryness and make sure to use a mild nd gentle baby skin care products which is made of natural ingredients and chemical free to maintain the skin hydration and if this does not help then I need to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
