Hello mom, your two years old should be eating three healthy meals a day, plus one or two snacks per day. make sure your child eats from each of the foods in a daily diet. Milk, eggs, cereals, potatoes, rice, lean meat, fish, and other dairy products. Make soups with milk instead of water. Offer plenty of water per day. Thank you..
