An ideal diet of 2 year old is
2 servings of fruit
3-4 serving of vegetables in form of soups, paratha, salad, sabji, pulao
4-5 serving of cereals and pulses that is rice, roti, daliya, oats, dal, sprouts, soya, ragi
1-2 serving of milk and milk products
Also include dry fruits in the routine
Water 1-1.5 l per day
Reduce intake of biscuits, bread, chips, sugary drinks, chocolate, Maggie, junk foods
