A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. You should take salads and soups. Please take eggs and chicken. Also increase your water intake. Please take lots of green vegetables and dairy products and soaked almonds on daily basis. Please boil kesar in milk and drink that milk daily. Also drink Shaadmani Blue fusion green tea which is really good for skin. Thanks and take care
