A. Hello mam you can take small frequent meals rather than taking very heavy meals because as the days go by the foetus. Takes more space and that make your organs especially you abdomen and stomach constricted, keep your self hydrated with liquids such as coconut water c juicy fruits , etc have small healthy snacks such as fresh seasonal fruits , vegetable soups , salads etc as well
