#AskTheExpert please suggest iron rich diet for third trimester of pregnancy

A. Hello, give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Offer fruits like pomegranate, apple, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins ,nuts and prunes. Are also good source of iron.

A. my recommendation will be to take a diet chart from nutritionist as the doctor will give one accordingly after checking all your vitals ... keep yourself well hydrated avoid oily and spicy foods
