mam,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight (8 to 12 kg)then no need to worry about his /her appearance.

I mean,if your child looks happy and active, gains enough weight, achieve age appropriate milestones then no need of any extra medicines.
please offer homemade healthy and well blanaced diet,so your child can get all essential nutrients from them.
