A. approximately 750 ml a day.. Give well balanced diet including all five healthy food groups: vegetables, fruit, grain foods, dairy and protein. Avoid foods high in salt, saturated fat and sugar, foods low in fibre and nutrients, and drinks with caffeine or lots of sugar. yf

A. Hi dear mom It is around one litre in a day. It can be more or less as per the demand of the baby. U can also give coconut water, buttermilk, fresh fruit juice, soup etc to keep ur baby hydrated other than water.
