#AskTheExpert - what is the ideal age of 3 year 9m old boy? He is 15 kgs now ( felt like less) but he is active. Do I need to worry about it? please let me know.

A. Hi mom It’s all normal and common No need to worry Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Wash your hands often before touching your baby Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
