you can give them seasonal and locally avavaible fruits and vegetables, you can add in dry fruits and nuts , cerelas and millets , rice, roti, oats , ragi, jowar, suji etc dals, or dfferent kinds, and legumes such as chana, rajma etc , milk, panner, curds
