A. dear parent, for your 12 months old baby girl, give all family foods. Grains Pulses , powdered nuts Egg and Nonveg especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables which are found to be lacking in infant diet. about 400-500 mL of milk but instead of giving only as milk which reduces the appetite for other food use milk to prepare recipes like porridge, kheer and give as milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. give top food four or more times a day and up to one katori every time. breastfeed baby till 2 years.
