Though it's because of hormonal Imbalance ,
one should do the following
Take sunbath daily
Dont use RO water as it's demineralized
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take more probiotics and citrus fruits
Take calcium rich diet.
Don't use anti dandruff shampoo, packaged and processed food
Use Ayurvedic remedies to wash hair
