RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. After completing the time of 26 weeks only you can go ahead with introducing all kind of food and fruits to the child water can be given to the child but for initial 26 weeks it’s only going to be breast or formula feeding whatever you are offering to the child
