A. Hello dear parent! There are no food restrictions as such after delivery unless suggested otherwise by your doctor. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in the diet. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug daily massage oil.
