A. Avoid taking seafood, Spicy food and flatulence causing food can cause a shift in your baby’s reaction,coffee,meet and non veg, Beans Cabbage Dairy products Onions Tomatoes Caffeine Chocolate Eggs, Soy , Peanuts , Citrus food products, Processed food.

A. As a new mother or as a breastfeeding mother you should have all the green leafy vegetables and fruits which are full of fibre have milk at least three times a day curd porridge nuts panjiri egg chicken if you can have but not immediately after delivery after 2 or 3 months lots of water and avoid junk food and the food which can cause gas like rajma curry black Dal potatoes
