A. Hi A balanced diet with all food groups are good for immunity Include lot of protein rich foods like milk, paneer, egg, fish , pulse, chicken along with enough Vegetables fruits and nuts Avoid junk , processed foods

A. Hi Mom, You can include all seasonal fruits and vegetables into your child's diet. Some of the immunity boosting foods such as grapefruit, oranges, lemons, bell peppers, broccoli, garlic, ginger, spinach, yogurt, almonds, sunflower seeds, turmeric, papaya, kiwi, poultry, fishes etc.
