A. Dear mum, during summer, give all seasonal fruits and vegetables to your baby. Give juicy fruits like watermelon, muskmelon. Mango is energy giving and so are grapes. Give curd and buttermilk. They help in digestion and gut health. You can give cucumber as a snack. Ensure that your baby is well hydrated.
