Give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of milk every day including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Continue to breastfeed till 2 years. Add ghee to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and at this age of one year plus you should give your baby all home made food which you are making for other family members. and also include eggs chicken cheese ragi porridge soaked nuts and dairy products too.
