To “You have to go for vegetable purée of all current you can go for vegetable soups also you can go for pumpkin purée pumpkin soup all these things are very healthy to be introduced from the beginning then slowly you can start giving fruits and porridge khichadi dairy products Suji items quinoa oats ragi and good amount of water as well
