#AskTheExpert What are the foods I can include for my baby. Till now I have added rice pure, very tiny amount of ragi, dhal water, carrot water

A. dear Mum, do not give watery foods like dal water or carrot water as they fill baby's small stomach and reduces the appetite for other food. you can continue to give ragi. you can also give homemade cerelac, cereal pulse, kheer, khichdi, vegetable puree, dal rice. fruits puree curd, paneer.

A. Hello dear parent! You can start giving one mashed fruits or veggies at a time in small amounts. Always give any new food during morning time. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy. Continue with breastfeeding. Good luck and take care
