POOJA GOSWAMIMom of a 10 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. To reduce post pregnancy or normal weight, first make some dietary changes and include fiber and protein rich foods alongwith plenty of fluids. Restrict intake of sugar, rice, potato, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like squats, brisk walking, jogging, swimming, breathing and yogasanas. Drinking warm jeera or lemon water first in the morning will help too.
