Have lean proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, low fat milk and milk products. Have healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed. Have small frequent meals and adequate fluid intake. Exercise every day for 45 to 60 minutes and have an active lifestyle.

If you are not lactating then you can reduce weight by avoiding oily, processed, Sugar, maida recipes in diet.
Have more water, fluids, fibre foods.
You didn't mention your mode of delivery,Ask Gynaecologist suggestion on walking and exercises.
