#asktheexpert we r having a newborn in our house Most of the time he is cranky and the mother is not having sufficient milk for the child too

A. Baby will become cranky if they didn't get enough milk or sleep. a mother also need a good nutrition diet to enhance milk. Have protein powder or shatavari powder to increase breastmilk, include daliya in diet
