Q.

#AskTheExpert we are vegetarian. I feel my kid is missing out on proteins and other things from nonveg. do you advice, we should be non vegetarian??

A. dal n paneer can work. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. If You do not eat non-veg that’s fine a lot of people in the country do not eat non-veg yet their kids are healthy so if you have that option of starting non-veg for the child and at least go for egg minimum a boiled egg if nothing much because actually you are right non-veg has much better proteins for
