#AskTheExpert we are blessed with a baby girl and she is 02months and 06 days today and till today my wife has less milk production.i have tried everything but no any satisfactory results is coming out.sir can u help me

A. Hello sir Have shatavari with warm milk twice a day to increase bm. The more she feeds the more milk production will be there.. Drink plenty of water in a day.. Don't take stress as this reduces the bm supply. Include jeera, garlic, fenugreek, raw papaya, oats etc in her diet to increase bm
