A. hi mam,you should plan to return to your pre- pregnancy weight by 6 to 12 months after delivery. so after that time ,start to do exercises or yoga regularly. till that you can go for walk for 15 minutes a day. take food items which are low in fat and high in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits more say no to processed oily spicy food.
