A. Hello To lose weight, you can 1. Include nutritious foods like Sprouts, boiled egg whites, pulses, curd, fruits, vegetables salads in daily meals 2. avoid fried, foods bakery foods biscuits, chocolate, sugary drinks , completely 3. exercise for 45 minutes atleast daily
