Diet containing of green leafy vegetable and fruit that contains most of vitamin and good protein sources like paneer or egg . It is required for proper weight and height gain and also for boosting immunity and good skin and hairs . Protein powder like pediasure can be given to baby after 2 yr of age .

it depends on you and your child.
I mean ,you can give massage till you both feel comfortable with it.
I would suggest Babyhug massage oil for this.
