#AskTheExpert unhealthy weight loss after C-section .. lost 25 kg in 6 mnth. after using protein powder also no use.. current my weight is 40kg.. using pro-cas protein powder since 3 days.. i want to gain atlst 10-15kg.. solution pls

I Would advise you to get a thyroid test done for yourself because that would be essential for you right now losing weight like this suddenly is never a healthy sign to go for I’m just going to advise you as of now consult your doctor go ahead with a thyroid test please
