#asktheexpert unable to reduce weight. tsh levels are on the higher side but in range. what to do?

A. Hi Make sure tsh levels are always in the range. for weight loss you can 1. Avoid sugar, sweets, junk foods , fried foods, bakery foods 2. Take lot of vegetables, fruits, nuts, skim milk, egg whites, pulses sprouts, curd, fish 3. Exercise daily
