A. yes this is common after delivery to have this type of behaviour take supplements of vitamins and minerals for further advise and information in this regard it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination physically and if all required any investigations also and proper management

A. Hi mom yes this is natural and is very much common after delivery. so no need to worry. Take adequate rest and sleep.. Eat healthy and nutritious diet. exclusive breast feed ur baby till six months . take care
