#asktheexperts Hi mam My son is 10m old Nw he had 2 to 3 teeth’s. While breastfeeding he bites and I have wound in nipples and irritation feeling. Please suggest

ExpertDr. Garima VermaDentist3 years agoA. massage the baby's gums immediately before the feed using a clean cold moist cotton cloth. if still the baby bites strictly say no and withdraw
you can also give nipple shield or extract and feed in a bottle. but make sure whatever is use is always sterilized properly.

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
I used a natural bottle from Philips Avent that can be used for both breast and bottle feeding
