#AskTheExpert hello Dr. my age is 36 years & height 5.3 ,mother of 2 , my weight is 47 kg I am feeling exhausted, my routine is very much hectic feeling weakness, how can increase my weight natural and feel energetic can u plz help me.

A. hi best to take set up consistent routine. take homemade healthy and nutritious diet especially iron and calcium rich food items more keep your self well hydrated do not skip your breakfast. take soaked horsegram in small bowl Quantity daily in morning. you may take some jeggary along with it or take dates with one tbsp of ghee daily in morning
