#asktheexpert there is a back pain along with leg pain post Delivery would there be any specific reason for that

A. back pain along with legs pain if present after one month of delivery then it may be a concern for a pathology but since your status is showing 4 months completed it may be due to wrong sitting and standing positions so you can have daily oil massage for a few days which will help cover the situation
