#AskTheExpert After delivery I have extreme pain in back and in leg... it is still there after 3months... what should I do?

ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 3 years agoA. post delivery back page is mostly due to wrong sitting position during feeding to the baby e so always take a back support and try to have support below your baby so that your back is straight while feeding

If You had a C-section then it can go up till the timer 5 to 6 months and if you had a normal delivery then you should not be having so much of pain still have to be on the safer side I will advise you to consult your gynaecologist once the doctor would be able to give you a clear guidance on that
