#asktheexpert teeth of my son is breaking itself partially. Is this calcium deficiency or should I consult a dentist

A. It can be because of untreated tooth decay. Tooth decay signifies not only that a portion of a tooth has weakened but it also means that a cavity has formed a depression in the tooth, leaving internal structures exposed. Please consult with your dentist immediately.
