My girl baby is 11 months old. No teeth has come.Is this a sign of calcium deficiency

A. Hi no there is no deficiency..kids sometimes show a little delay in getting their first milk teeth and it's normal..teeth can erupt late maximum upto the age of 15-18 months..so wait for some more time.

A. Teething in babies happens between 4 and 15 months of age. Delayed or late teething is normal these days and not a cause for concern until your baby is 15 months old. If the delay is longer than 18 months, you should consult a pediatric dentist
