A. hi mom include fresh fruits like melons milkshakes lassi curds rice curds mix vegetable dal khichdi with ghee and curds soft parathas dipped in dals paneer rolls or rice

A. Hello dear parent, summers come with lots of juicy fruits like water melons, mangoes, musk melons, sharda etc they are really good and very healthy. You can give them as they are or as juice. Also you can give mango shake, Banana shake etc. In vegetables also you have many options like beans, spinach,mint, lemon, lentils, etc.
